The Sturdy Beggars are a three piece Traditional Irish band comprising of Vocals/ Guitar/ Mandola, Whistles/ Harmonicas/ Flutes/ Uilleann Pipes/ Vocals, and Double Bass. Although this is the Sturdy Beggars core line-up they regularly add other instrumentalists as required and are able to offer a choice of Fiddle, Melodeon, Bodhran, Keyboards and Drums. Giants Causeway are a musically diverse 5 piece band from the North West, gate-crashing the folk scene with a lively blend of traditional Irish, drinking songs, 3 part harmony and instrumentals. The Ceilidh Allstars specialise in Irish, Scottish and English Ceilidh dances where a caller explains simple, group folk dances. Ceilidhs are an ideal way to break the ice at weddings, conferences or functions where people may be meeting for the first time; no previous experience is necessary and all ages can join in the easy dance steps!

Henry Martens Ghost plays traditional and modern Irish music with passion and attitude. Irish songs and original compositions feature on the bands three albums. Direct descendants of the ballad groups of yore which mixed popular songs with great tune sets, Henry Martens Ghost turn their back on pretentiousness and thumb their nose at sophistication. Mat Walklate is a professional musician and music teacher who plays Irish Traditional music on the Flute, Harmonica, Low Whistle and Tin Whistle in addition to Vocals. The Taverners were formed during the seventies and built up a large following in the folk scene playing regularly in clubs throughout the South of England as well as holding their own weekly club in Brighton. The band is very adaptable and is equally at home in an intimate pub atmosphere, at a wedding reception, a noisy club or in the dance hall, although they still have a preference for cabaret and folk music, especially, Irish, Scottish and English.
